Mr. Niranjan Pandit (Physiotherapist)

Dr. Niranjan Pandit and his entire team is extremely professional. They know their subject so so well. As a patient I had ankle injury and was so worried about my walking and other fitness activities which I use to do prior but the first word which came from Dr. Niranjan was don’t worry we will fix it and you will be back to normal soon. what else a patient wants than such confident assurance from doctor. Prior to every appointment I was sent reminder reflecting how careful and caring the team was to not make me miss my appointment in my busy schedule. during each appointment detail analysis of my progress was done by the team and explained to me. The taping which the team did made me walk confidently. The team explained me every time what movements I can do but most importantly what I should avoid that reflects their expertise. They showed all the exercises with demonstrations and made sure I was doing them with proper technique under their observation. The time given for me was adequate and they didn’t rush through at all. They made sure to send me the detailed exercise programme on mail as well so that in case I forgot any I can go through once again. *** ******** ****** ** *** ** *** **** *************** ****** ******* *** * ***** ******** ** *** ****** ****** despite having such a extraordinary talent , experience he is extremely polite which I appreciated very much.

I have been seeing Dr. Pandit for rehab work following my left humerus lower end reconstructive surgery. Post surgery not only did I have limited and restricted movement for my elbow joint but also my shoulder joint was affected with stiffness and loss of movement. I came across this clinic through Practo after I had been seeing a different Physio for a number of months and I just wish I had seen LiveActive and Dr. Pandit from the beginning. He is absolutely THE Physio when it comes to post-surgery rehab. I have never ever had such a thorough Physio before who mixes proper detailed analysis of my injury, recovery, extension, strength etc with clear detailed exercise to aid recovery. ** *** * **** ******** *** * *** ********* ********* **** *** ********* **** * *** ** ********** *** **** ***** **** * ***** ******** **** The final outcome not only helped me regain my confidence but also helped me see the visible difference in the movements of my shoulder and elbow. It was only thanks to Dr. Pandit that I could have the confidence to reattempt driving and riding my motorcycle for a long distance. He is without doubt the most thorough Physio I have ever seen before.

Explanation of issue and path to recovery was given in full detail. Exercises were shown and practiced to ensure independent work at home
